They were a group of two, students experienced our lesson.
We had a short lecture by a Manga artist who has been working as a Manga artist for 25 years.

Practice with cartoon tools
They started by practicing drawing lines using the G-pen and ink used by professional Manga artist.
With a G-pen, it is difficult to even draw a straight line.
Creating original character
They drew a human face with a G-pen using simple shapes: circle, triangle, and square.

We had a lecture how to drew Picachu in this class.
With a few tips, anyone can draw popular characters.
Let’s draw a four-frame comic!
They took on the challenge of creating a four-frame manga using Tokyo’s yuru-kyara characters.
One favorite character is used as the main character to create a story.
They were very enthusiastic and thought about the story and wrote down their ideas quickly on paper!
