Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (for Workshops at MANGA DOJO Tokyo)

For individual customers or groups of 8 participants or fewer, the workshop will be held at our own studio, MANGA DOJO Tokyo.

Up to 1 month before the event: Free of charge
Reservation completion notification (1month before the event) – 7 days before the event: 30% of the total amount
7 days to 4 days before the event: 50% of the total amount
3 days to the day of the event (including no-show cancellation): 100% of the total amount
Cancellation without notice will also incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the participation fee.

Workshops for Group Bookings (9 Participants or More)

For groups of 9 participants or more, the workshop will be held at an external venue arranged by us.
The venue will be located near Ikebukuro in Tokyo.

Venue Option 1: Standard Conference Room

Near Ikebukuro Station – when using an external venue

Up to 101 days before the event: No cancellation fee
From 100 days before the event after the booking is confirmed until 14 days before the event: ¥5,500 cancellation fee
14 to 7 days before the event: 30% of the total amount
7 to 4 days before the event: 50% of the total amount
3 days before the event through the day of the event (including no-shows): 100% of the total amount

Venue Option 2: Concept Conference Room

Akihabara

Up to 31 days before the event: No cancellation fee
31 to 21 days before the event: 30% of the venue arrangement fee 20 to 8 days before the event: 50% of the venue arrangement fee 7 to 4 days before the event: 50% of the workshop fee + 100% of the venue arrangement fee 3 days before the event through the day of the event (including no-shows): 100% of the total amount

Additional Policies for Group Bookings

Changes in the number of participants
Adjustments of up to ±5 participants are allowed until 5 days before the event.
Changes to the date or time
Since the venue is reserved at the time of booking, any change to the event date or time requires the venue reservation to be canceled and rebooked.
