We are excited to announce the opening of MANGA DOJO Asakusa, a new location where visitors can experience authentic Japanese manga culture in Tokyo.
The new venue is located just 1 minute from Asakusa Station, making it even easier for travelers to join our manga workshops during their stay in Tokyo.
Why We Opened in Asakusa
Since opening MANGA DOJO TOKYO in Ikebukuro, we have welcomed many guests from around the world who want to learn manga directly from professional manga artists.
However, many visitors staying in areas such as:
- Asakusa
- Ueno
- Ginza
- Tokyo Station
told us that Ikebukuro was a little far from their hotels or sightseeing plans.
Asakusa is one of Tokyo’s most famous cultural and tourist destinations, so we decided to create a new location that is easier to access for travelers.
