Join us for a cosplay makeup workshop focused on creating photo-perfect looks, led by Nowa Machikado（Instagram account）, an active cosplayer in Japan!

- Drag queen-style makeup
You can try cross-gender makeup too – both male-to-female and female-to-male looks are welcome!
📷 We’ll also have a mini photo shoot during the event.
You’ll receive the photo data afterwards, so you can share your new look online!
★All cosmetics and hair wigs will also be provided. – just bring yourself!
No experience needed.

Workshop Flow
Meet Your Instructor
We’ll meet at MANGA DOJO TOKYO, located a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro East Exit.
Your cosplay instructor will be waiting for you there.
You’re welcome to leave your belongings at the venue.
Time to Change into Costume!
We’ll take a short 3-minute walk to ME TOKYO, a cosplay rental shop.
Here, you can choose your favorite costume from a variety of styles: maid, idol, lolita, or school uniforms — available for both kids and adults.
(Men’s sizes are also available.)
Learn the Secrets of Cosplay Makeup
Makeup tools are provided, so you can learn the essential techniques of cosplay makeup from a professional cosplayer.
Cosplay makeup is different from everyday makeup — it has its own tricks and techniques for camera-ready looks!
You’ll have free access to makeup stations and hair irons.
Professional Photoshoot in the Streets of Ikebukuro
Enjoy a 15-minute photo session as we stroll through the streets of Ikebukuro.
All photos will be sent to you by email afterward.

If you book as a group, the tuition will be comparatively cheap.
Please note that if you wish to book the workshop as a private session, an additional fee of ¥22,000 will apply.

We will send you an invoice. Payment must be made at least 1 week prior to the lesson.
The reservation will be completed after payment of the fee is received.
