Our workshops are taught by masters who are trained and supervised by professional manga artists.
We provide professional-grade manga tools such as G-pens, ink, and official manga manuscript paper, so you can enjoy an authentic creative experience.
English Instruction
You will learn about the history and culture of manga and experience traditional manga production.
An interpreter is available during the lesson, so even those who do not speak Japanese can take the lesson without worry.
Convenient Location
In-person at school in Ikebukuro or participate online from anywhere.
Our school in Ikebukuro is located 5 minutes walk from Ikebukuro station.

1 Day Lesson ( 2hours )
This program is perfect for travelers looking for a unique activity that can only be experienced in Tokyo.
Course Levels
Beginner Course (Daily 10:00–12:00)
A program designed for children (junior high school and younger) and families.
Perfect for beginners or younger participants.
Learn the basics of character drawing and simple manga techniques in a fun and friendly environment.
Intermediate Course
(Daily 13:00–15:00)
Recommended for high school students and adults who have experience drawing illustrations or manga as a hobby.
This course covers intermediate-level character design and manga techniques.
- Character design
- How to draw chibi characters
- Creating a 4-panel comic (yonkoma)
Participants who are confident in their drawing skills — including talented junior high school students — are welcome to join this course.
Advanced Course
(Daily 15:00–17:00)
This course is designed for advanced learners and aspiring professionals.
Choose this session if you want to learn specialized manga production techniques or hear directly from a professional manga artist about their career.

3 Days lesson (10 hours in total)
This program is ideal for those who want to dive deep and learn authentic manga techniques, as well as travelers on longer stays or residents in Japan.
All sessions are conducted as private lessons.
These are lessons that take 3 days for a total of 10 hours.
You can take intensive lesson during your stay in Tokyo.
You will learn how to design characters, draw faces, write cartoons, layouts, and other tips necessary for cartoon production from a professional Manga artist.
You will complete a 4 or 8 page one shot manga.
