Pricing
All portraits are drawn on a traditional Japanese shikishi board with a frame.
(size 273 mm × 242 mm), which can be displayed as artwork.

Payment
Payment is required in advance via PayPal.
After confirming your order, we will send you the PayPal payment link.
Order Deadline
Please place your order at least 2 weeks before the pickup date.
Orders placed after this deadline will require an express fee of ¥3,500.
For orders requested within 5 days of the pickup date, an additional express fee of ¥5,500 will apply.
The lead time begins after Step 4 in the ordering process is completed (payment confirmation).
Please note that production will start only after we have received both your payment and photos.
The production timeline is calculated from the date of payment,
and the lead time is counted until your scheduled pickup date.

How to Order
- Please let us know how many people and how many portraits you would like to order.
- Please provide 2–3 preferred pickup dates and times between 10:00 AM and 5:15 PM.
- Send us the photos you would like us to use for the portrait.
If you would like us to include a name in the artwork, please let us know the name. - We will send you a PayPal payment link (you can pay by credit card).
- Please come to MANGA DOJO TOKYO at the scheduled time to pick up your artwork.
Each portrait is hand-drawn with care by a professional illustrator.

We will then confirm availability and send the PayPal payment link.
- Can I have my portrait drawn on the spot (MANGA DOJO Tokyo)?

Unfortunately, no.
This service is available by advance order only, with pickup on your selected date.This is because each portrait is carefully created using watercolor techniques, which require time for layering and drying.
For this reason, we have a standard lead time of approximately 2 weeks. - Can I pay on the day of pickup?

No, all payments must be made in advance.
For all services at MANGA DOJO TOKYO, advance payment is required.
We will send you a PayPal payment link, and production will begin only after the payment is completed.
